On November 17, 2016, the Board Member, Justin Duncan, was informed of settlements with the City and DWDL in the process of being finalized. Planners presented a two-hour overview of the project. Two Participants attended.
On November 21, 2016, the Board heard details of the project, heard from three objecting Participants and received signed Minutes of Settlement.
